are you planning on taking photos soon but have noOoOOOo idea what to wear?

i feel you dude because that is half the struggle. when i planned this session with carolina and robby, i found out fast that they had the perfect fits ready to go. after one or two facetimes going through carolinas closet we were chillin. but thats not always the case - sometime you can stare at your closet and nothing seems right.

but no worries homie, imma share just a few of my favorite outfits and why the photos turned out so well!!!

“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION” - house of cards season1

narrowing down fits based on location is the first step. so carolina and i knew we were going to be taking pics in downtown grapevine and that we would use this sick jeep as a big ole prop. so our main background colors were going to be brown that brown brick and mostly white jeep.

we went pretty basic deciding on grey, beige and white as our outfit colors - but we also talked about wearing a light blue or light green which also wouldve looked UHmazing.

okay, step two lets go.

ask your photographer (hopefully me if ur here but yanno whateves) what colors look good with their editing style. if a photographer adds tonnnnns of warmth do NOT wear blue. blue clothes will not look the best with orangey hues.

do not fear, orange looks great with my editing style.. what shameless promo? yes.

LAST STEP BEST STEP

be comfortable. that looks different for everybody. me myself am most comfortable in my beige sweatpants, some dunks or js, and a croptop :) not only am i physically comfortable i also feel the most confident. if your insecure about your calves (like me lmao) wear pants or a skirt that makes them look gooood.

you dont want to get your pictures back and be laser focused on your little chicken calves (self deprecation, dont worry im not talking about you). also the more confident you feel in the moment that better that will shine through in your photos!!!!
